As a Registered Nurse with 24 years of experience — beginning in oncology and expanding into home health and care management — I founded Advanced Concierge Nursing LLC with a simple mission: to bring experienced, compassionate, personalized nursing care directly to the people who need it most.
My greatest passion is caring for the aging population and helping individuals maintain their health, dignity, independence, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Professional, individualized support to help clients and families navigate care at home and beyond.
- Wellness assessments
- Vital-sign monitoring (including blood pressure, pulse oximetry, temperature, weight, and blood glucose)
- Medication organization, reminders, and pharmacy refill coordination
- Care coordination with physicians and specialists, including follow-up appointment scheduling
- Accompaniment to medical appointments and appointment advocacy
- Post-hospital discharge support
- Health education for clients and families
- Education on chronic conditions and management, including congestive heart failure (CHF) and diabetes
- Postoperative incision and recovery monitoring

Services may be available on an individual visit or service basis, or clients who need ongoing support may choose a monthly concierge membership. Service availability, membership details, and pricing are discussed during the consultation and are based on individual needs.
